THE PROBLEM:
• Staff
turnover is high. New staff are expected to
“hit the ground running” with no formal
training.
• Cost
of training is high. Cost of coverage to
send staff to training is high.
• No
easy way to benchmark job performance to job
competencies.
• Agency
knowledge bank is person specific.
Typically in human services when staff
leave, the knowledge goes with them.
Programs and staff are constantly starting
from scratch.

A SOLUTION -
SEED ONLINE ANYTIME LEARNING:
• eLearning
makes knowledge readily accessible to a
broad, geographically dispersed audience.
• Reduces
learning time. Faster comprehension
(40-70%). Less time off task.
• Reduces
travel and other training costs.
• Increases
staff competency. Improves employee
satisfaction and retention.
• The
SEED Course Platform provides training
management tracking. We can keep track of
user time on course, quiz scores and
automatically send test and survey results
directly to a designated administrator. |
About the Courses:
The courses are built as interactive learning
experiences. With interactive content, learning
experiences are memorable while dropout rates are
dramatically reduced. Most online training
programs are merely PowerPoint with voiceover.
The SEED
has built the course using over 150
Flash-based
learning interactions including game-based learning
(Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Jeopardy,
Concentration and more) exercises, puzzles, surveys,
animations, videos and scenario-based branching
simulations, to name a few.
