    your short and long-term goals.
  3. PROGRAM DELIVERY
    Learning should be relevant, participatory and FUN! A typical training workshop incorporates adult learning and brain-based learning strategies along with visual, auditory and kinesthetic training techniques.
  4. PROGRAM EVALUATION
    The short and long-term impact and effectiveness is assessed based on pre- and post-tests and satisfaction surveys.
