JOB DEVELOPER
BOOT CAMP
WORKSHOP
LENGTH: Two-Days - plus optional field assignment and
coaching
This workshop provides
job developers with the essential
core competencies
necessary to develop lasting and positive
relationships with employers. Participants leave
the workshop with a positive attitude, pro-active
strategies and skills for becoming a partner and a
consultant to businesses in your community. The
skills and information gained in this "how-to" workshop is
immediately useful and applicable on the job. By
the completion of the workshop, participants have
tools to develop and manage business
relationships and implement a comprehensive
marketing plan.
I've been teaching this
6-step system for many years and have gotten
incredible feedback and results. This is a
great workshop for teaching new job developers and
re-energizing and re-organizing experienced job developers.
But... the best outcomes occur when the 6'P's are
implemented on a programmatic level.
Topics for the first morning will
include best practices from around the country
(what's working, what's not), intro to the 6 P's,
and the "Immutable Laws of Marketing" applied to
your agency.
